Family Photographer Welwyn Garden City
Recently I got the opportunity this to photograph two of my nephews and their cousins. Usually, I’d describe them both a photograph dodgers. However, they were on their very best behaviour. Importantly, this shoot was a present for Grandad. As a family photographer based in Welwyn Garden City, I was thrilled to step up to the challenge.

The morning broke in Welwyn Garden City, dark and gloomy. Not the most promising start for family photography. Subsequently, it was wet and stormy. However we decided to plough ahead. Thankfully, luck was on our side as the sun came out and lit up the woods. Thus creating a soft mist and captivating effect in the light. As a Welwyn Garden City family photographer I do tend to shoot in all weather.
Keeping Your Family Photography Real
I love the connections in these photographs. Older kids can be a little awkward in front of the camera. Therefore I’ll use some gentle prompting to help along the way. But still keeping my photography fluid and natural. An outdoor location is great for this. Somehow everyone seems more relaxed outside, rather that in a studio. Besides, who would have missed that light?
