This little ray of sunshine joined me for a bluebell photo shoot and I couldn’t have been more charmed. She arrived confident and chatty, ready for action! Interestingly, not every child I photograph comes ready and willing. Thankfully, her dad found me when searching for a child photographer in Welwyn Garden City. Subsequently, I was chosen to photograph her as a present for her mum. I hasten to add that I had to wait a little while for the pleasure. (Thanks Covid 😉)

Welwyn Garden City Family Photography
Welwyn Garden City is a wonderful location for a Hertfordshire bluebell shoot. My local woods boast a beautiful carpet of them every spring. However, I do photograph children and families all over Hertfordshire. I’ll happily travel further afield too, just ask if I’d come to you. Authentic and Honest Child Photography
My child and family photography is soulful and authentic. Consequently, I’m not interested in photographing fake smiles. Your child’s real personality has to shine through my imagery. Thus leaving you with pictures that truly reflect your children and how they are right now. They grow and change as quickly as the seasons. So, how important is it to document them right now. this is childhood, and it goes so fast!
So, this little lady and I skipped, spun and played. We blew bubbles, found stones and picked a few daisies. And I documented the moments. Creating pictures that evoke a feeling and happy memories and her personality. Here are a few of my favourites from our time together.
