One of my favourite locations along with corn fields is the poppy fields. I love shooting in these flowers, therefore once again I’m offering poppy field portrait sessions.
They’re colourful, bright, fun and quirky.
Be quick though, catch them whilst you can.
So what is a poppy portrait session?
It’s a short and sweet photo session featuring your child and their many quirky expressions set against a beautiful sea of poppies. Your poppy portrait session is designed to give you a small gallery of natural portraits which work together to create stunning wall art.
Included in the package price are your favourite three images from the portrait session. These will be printed on beautiful fine art papers for you to treasure forever. You will also receive the matching three digital files. Perfect for both printing for other family members and sharing.
If you love more than three images you may of course choose more!
As with all my mini shoot packages there’s the option to upgrade. You can chose extra images to compliment your favourite three.

Poppy portrait sessions are happening right now and will continue until the poppies are gone. Ordinarily they are around in each location for about two weeks, so you’re going to have to act fast!
Each session takes around 60 mins in a Welwyn Garden City/Hertford location.
These sessions are short, therefore they are only really suitable for one to three people. However, if you are looking for a large family shoot or want to commit more please visit this page to see what’s involved.
Your session will cost just £175 and as mentioned above includes three prints and digital files from your shoot.
Fancy treating yourself? Purchase extra digital files for £15 each. Alternatively choose a pack of five extra for £65
As with all my other photography, we are going to keep things relaxed and fun. I like to include favourite toys or interests, to help give your images personality and character and encourage you to bring anything along.
Likewise I will always carry a few items of interest with me. Bubbles, balloons, books and balls are firm favourites.
If your children are a bit older and far too cool to play with bubbles we’ll find something to tickle their fancy. I’ve been known to supply a smoke bomb or two before.
If that’s a bit over adventurous perhaps they’re into music and play an instrument…why not bring it along!
(Pianos might be an exception!)
