Redcoats Wedding Photographer Hertfordshire

What can I say about a Redcoats Farm wedding? Always awesome, always relaxed, always an absolute joy to document. So, when James and Suzanne got in touch looking for a Redcoats wedding photographer in Hertfordshire I was thrilled. Add to that the promise of winter sequins and sparkle, well, that’s excitement right there! If you follow my wedding photography regularly, you’ll know that I get a bit over excited quite often.

Winter Wedding at Redcoats in Hertfordshire

Whilst Redcoats Farm is a perfect wedding venue for the popular summer months, it truly sings in winter too. The Grade 2 listed barns twinkle and envelope guests with warmth and atmosphere. Similarly, the wedding team there will nurture your every need, going above and beyond always. (I feel the need to point out that I’m not on commision!) But everyone there is really lovely.

Authentic Wedding Photography in Hertfordshire

I love the saying “Your vibes attracts your tribe”, it resonates strongly when couples like James and Suzanne come to me. Importantly, my wedding photography style matched their vision. Typically, my wedding photography celebrates all the authenticity and natural wedding moments. There’s nothing staged, and nothing posed. (I’ll bang out a few group shots if you’d like them, but even they’re pretty chilled!) Suzanne and James wanted reportage style wedding photography to cover all those personal connections so prevalent throughout each wedding day.

Seasonal Opulence at The Farmhouse at Redcoats

Bursting with quirky features, The Farmhouse at Redcoats lends itself to many wedding themes. In this instance, Suzanne chose to decorate in a very decadent style for their wedding day. Thus creating a lustrous, opulent look so fitting for a winter wedding. To top it all off, her choice of sequinned dress was just the icing on the cake! Interestingly, I love it when a bride shuns tradition and puts her own spin on things. I was grateful that they wanted to spend a little time doing a few couple shots. I mean, that wedding dress needed a platform…❤️

Be aware that even my couple shots are relaxed and fluid. We’ll take some time, take some drinks, and all you guys need to do is enjoy each others company, closely!
