The Bull Hotel Gerrards Cross Wedding
Nicky and Tim’s The Bull Hotel wedding was small and intimate. A friend of the couple had recommended me to photograph their celebrations, knowing that my style of photography matched their vision. A few special friends and close family were invited to this beautifully styled wedding. (Beautifully styled by Seventh Heaven.) Importantly Nicky and Tim wanted their day to be simple and all about family. They asked for just a few hours coverage to include a little bridal prep through to the wedding breakfast.
Nicky and Tim’s children joined Nicky for bridal preparations. Moments together that Nicky really wanted documented. They were as good as gold and melted hearts as they walked down the aisle together. A few happy tears were shed! I managed to hold it together this time and enjoyed their heartfelt ceremony which included a reading from a best friend. Proud parents looked on as they tied the knot, both clearly besotted with one another.

Photographing at The Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross was a first for me, what a great venue! The staff there are super helpful and attentive, the gardens a delight as a backdrop. I wonder if Nicky knew that the wisteria was blooming in May, matching her colour scheme perfectly. Blessed with perfect weather meant I was able to shoot some simple and soulful photography outside of the two of them as newly weds. Perfectly manicured trees and shrubs helped create a few interesting creative shots. I love to include your venue details in your pictures. After all, these details are important and reasons why you chose your venue in the first place. While the wedding guests enjoyed cocktail hour I spent time capturing little moments showing the true essence of their wedding day.
