Wedding Photography Tewin Bury Farm Hertfordshire Wedding Photographer

Tewin Bury Farm is one of my favourite locations for wedding photography. Not only is it super local to me, it has an abundance of awesome spots for wedding pictures.

Located in the middle of the Hertfordshire countryside, the picturesque rolling fields create a stunning backdrop to your wedding day. Not only that, the converted barns offer choice of venues to cater for all size weddings. If you are planning a Hertfordshire wedding, it really is worth checking out!

Winter Wedding Photography at Tewin Bury Farm.

Christmas eve has to be considered a truly romantic date for a winter wedding. This intimate wedding was focused on family. Essentially the joining of two families as Anna and Andy embarked on new life together. Importantly Anna and Andy wanted their wedding photography to focus heavily on family portraits. Interestingly, many of my wedding couples come to me for my natural, candid approach. However, in this instance I was happy to change direction slightly to fit the brief!

Tewin Bury Farm Photography on a Tight Schedule

Ordinarily as your Hertfordshire wedding photographer I’d be with you for most of the day. However, Anna and Andy wanted just a few hours of photography to mark the occasion. Therefore I had to plan their photography down to the last minute. Thus ensuring we had time to cover all the shots that they’d asked for. We had spent time together before the wedding day discussing what they’d like.

Winter Wedding Photography

Unsurprisingly for December, the rain fell heavily and the wind blew a small gale. In fact, actually the wind was so strong I could barely stand in it. Not the perfect weather for a wedding! Obviously no photographer wants to be struggling to stand up in the wind as they take photos. But, what’s life without a challenge? Luckily the ceremony was at County Hall in Hertford where the cloisters gave some shelter. After this we headed to the cosiness of Tewin Bury Farm for more wedding photography.
