A FEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR FAMILY AND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
(and a couple of Q and A’s)
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENTS.
I always require deposit, for both family and wedding photography. This is payable at time of booking to secure your booking date and time.
This is non-refundable. However I am pretty flexible and happy to chop and change your dates if you need to. Availability at short notice during busy times may be limited.
Balance for your family photography is payable once you have chosen your package. Before you receive your finished chosen prints. I will send over an invoice once you’ve made your choices.
Payment for wedding photography is due two weeks prior to the big day. Again, you will receive an invoice requesting the outstanding ammount.
Any extra prints and products chosen will need to be paid for at time of ordering.
CONFIRMATION AND CONTRACTS.
You will receive a letter of confirmation after booking, and a contract.
This will reiterate anything we may have discussed over the phone. Should you have any other queries concerning your shoot, no matter how small, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Likewise, the contract covers both you and I for any uncertainties. This needs signing upon receiving.
COPYRIGHT.
All images taken remain the property of angels with dirty faces photography and should not be copied, screen shot, reproduced or re edited in anyway.
You may copy, print and share images once you have purchased the jpeg for those images.
Images from your shoot might be used by angels with dirty faces photography for social media and marketing purposes. Further details of this are outlined in your contract. I do not use images though if you express a wish for them not to be shared.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER ISN’T PLAYING BALL?
I will always book a “rainy day” back up date with all of you that want an outside shoot. Given our unpredictable english weather this is always sensible!
Likewise if illness or other un for seen circumstance means either party needs to re schedule, this is always accommodated. Life can be as unpredictable as the weather!
